IC55UP – AN EXCEPTIONAL DRUM WITH SUPERIOR CHARACTERISTICS

  • IC55UP flange openings accept industry standard high purity extraction, gasket and O-ring styles used in ultra clean applications.
  • IC55UP drums are certified for ultra clean integrity in COEXCELL’s Class 100 liquid particle count test laboratory. Here we can provide purity certification to the highest industry level.
  • Three layer drum configuration isolates color concentrates and UV stabilizers in the outside layers of the IC55UP drums.
  • Virgin inner liner layer made with proprietary ultra clean resin assures chemical contact with the purest HDPE available..
  • UN/DOT tested and certified for transport of Group II and Group III chemistry with and without dip-tube.
  • Patented drum design with integral sump below the flange for maximum extraction capability.]
  •  One piece design delivers molded in handling capabilities

IC55UP – Available in 300 kPa 

  • kPa is a unit of pressure measurement used to quantify internal pressure or stress.  
  • Coexcell drums at the time of manufacture  – are tested for kPa to satisfy UNDOT requirements. 
  • Coexcell offers drums with a 150kPa rating up to and including 300kPa. 
  • Coexcell is proud to offer a UNDOT rated drum embossed with a 1H1/Y1.9/300 rating in a 55 gallon drum for high pressure rated chemistries..  .
  • 300kPa drums are made to handle higher pressure chemistries, such as Ammonium Hydroxide and aggressive Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) blends.
  • The 300kPA drum rating allows for global shipment of high pressure chemistries.
