The N55 Pallet is a thermoformed HDPE pallet designed as the other half of the N55 system. It captures four drums on the bottom — and when pallets are stacked, captures the drums below on the top as well — turning drums and pallets into one located, restrained, washable load.
The thermoformed deck locates each N55 in its own position, so drums can’t walk or shift on the pallet.
Stack a second pallet and it captures the tops of the drums below — the load is located from both directions, layer after layer.
The N55’s molded strapping channel locates restraint straps across the palletized load for transit.
Drainage weep holes let wash water out instead of pooling — thermoformed HDPE with none of wood’s splinters or moisture retention.
